When will my order be delivered?
Once an order has been placed, we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
Busy periods may increase delivery waiting times.
Made to order items can take up to 5 weeks to be made before they are delivered.
Which courier company do you use?
DPD is our usual courier company for orders within the UK and Europe.
Bigger items may be sent with another company.
You will receive an email once your order has been sent which will tell you which courier company to expect. Helpful tracking details will be included.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be pleased with your order, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your product and would like a refund or exchange, then please return it to us within 28 days of receipt. Any returned products must be in an unused condition and in the original packaging.
We are happy to replace most products but there are some exceptions that cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These products include made-to-order furniture and sofas.
Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached.
With the exception of faulty goods Stable is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.
Can I cancel my order?
We allow cancellations up to 48 hours after the order is placed. However, once the order has been dispatched, we can't cancel it even if this falls within the 48 hours.
