The simple, utilitarian design of our Ukari dining chairs is given a luxurious finish with the tactile and durable qualities of leather. The padded leather seat and back have a modest but interesting stitching detail that adds a finishing touch.
This leather upholstery is handmade from goat leather, a by-product. The herds are farmed by local herdsmen. The leather is dyed using vegetable extract and tree bark, this means the leather colour will enrich further with time.

To care for your leather wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. To protect the finish, avoid use of chemicals and household cleaners. To nourish the leather and to prevent drying out and cracking we recommend applying a specialist product, or using petroleum jelly or flax oil.
